• Interfering to any system, data or information, blocking to work of these materials or decoding of these materials by capturing them.
• Without any Limitation, making the system unworkable, by the means of creating overloaded network traffic (overloading, flooding, mailbombing) and also blocking the service to connection network, main computer(host), user/members by the means of collapsing the computer systems (crashing).
• Sending similar e-mails, messages, industrial commercial or chain letters to an e-mail or an e-mail group, although not wanted by the users.
• Using the website and services for capturing the trademarks, industrial brand, patent other personal rights of any other company.
If the above actions are determined, the service and website Accesses of the relevant person and user will be terminated and their membership will be cancelled. The Person or persons who execute the actions, will be liable to frustrated person and/or to Konfeksiyon Internet Services (www.konfeksiyon.com.tr) financially, judiciary and criminally, according to applicable laws and regulations.
Other Forbidden Actions
Other forbidden actions while using the services and website, are determined as follows :

• Any kind of behaviour which can violate the applicable laws or defaults, or could be concluded with a civil law suit, or any encouragements to these behaviours.
• Counterproductive behaviours to website or services operations
• Using the name, brand or trademark of an another company without any permission by e-mail or any other posting means, Notifying or identifying the company title or identification, faking on the some parts of connection informations, deleting or changing them.
• Engaging captious and deceitful in trade or helping or condoning for the behaviours above.
Violating Conditions of Use
Konfeksiyon Internet Services keeps the rights rejecting the existing informations, removing from the content, deleting and blocking, suspending or cancelling the accesses of the users/members to the website without any notice, if it founds any breaches to the Website Confidentially Conditions or any breach trial, eventhough the trial succeeded or not (also not obligatory). It is also acceptable when any third party breached or tried to breach the conditions for any member or users will.
